The challenge

A campus order involves three people — the customer, the vendor and the runner who delivers it. RUNNA gives each of them a clear role, so orders move from request to doorstep without the usual confusion.

Scope

  • Three-sided marketplace
  • Customer ordering and checkout
  • Vendor and runner onboarding
  • Payments and order handling

Design decisions

  1. 1

    Different roles, clear beginnings

Separate entry points for customers, vendors and runners make each group’s responsibilities visible from the first screen.

  2. 2

Show the bag, not a diagram

The hero previews a real Run Bag with items and delivery details, so the service explains itself.

  3. 3

    Three reasons, three words

Order faster, pay safely, track clearly — the core benefits summarised directly under the call to action.

How it’s built

A React and TypeScript progressive web app on Supabase. Server-side functions handle order and payment events, and role-based flows separate customer, vendor and runner experiences.

Outcome

Results will be published here once they have been measured and approved by the project owner.
